Cash on delivery payment is not acceptable. Only payment online using our e-commerce site is available.

4. Is shipping available?
Yes, shipping is available after you have paid for the items.

5. Do you Ship as a gift?
Yes, we could ship as a gift after you instruct us to do so and with our Wedding Gift Vouchers - after a payment is made using one of available payment options except for COD. Our packaging includes a “love in the hair” pillow box, which is perfect for gift-giving!

6. Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to all areas in Lebanon and worldwide.

7. What is your Returns and Exchange Policy?
We do not exchange or refund any piece purchased online.

8. Do you provide warranties for the products you sell?
Warranty support varies by product. All our products are entirely handmade and are dipped in 24K gold and silver. All our stones are semi precious and we use real Swarovski crystals.
